Tucson water does not approve of the split.

The water main in Valencia is a 42" transmission main and cannot be used for service. A 15-foot public utility easement will need to be granted from Lot 1A so a new public water main can be installed to bring service to the new parcel Lot 1B, similar to the existing public utility easement for Lot 2. There is an 8" main to the north in front of Lowes, or a 6" main to the west that is running north/south to serve Lot 2 that will need to be utilized to provide service.

Thank you,
Jeremiah Jenkins, Water Services Supervisor
