1. Onsite Easements for TEP facilities, as identified on the Preliminary Drawing, must be shown on the final plat before TEP will approve the plat. Please email a copy of the Final Plat to ctejeda@tep.com.

2. Offsite Easements for TEP facilities, as identified on the Preliminary Drawing, will be obtained by separate instrument. If applicable, it is the developer’s responsibility to ensure that offsite easements can be obtained from the adjacent property owner. Please provide a surveyed legal description for each of the offsite easements to ctejeda@tep.com. A copy of TEP’s standard for legal descriptions, SR-108, is attached for your surveyor’s reference in preparing the legal descriptions. TEP will prepare the easement document for signature.

3. Also as noted on the drawing are the TEP facilities crossing requirements, which include: A Railroad permit will be required from UPPR, Permission to cross the gas line easement will need to be granted, and Permits will need to be obtained from City of Tucson to cross Julian Wash, and from Pima County to cross The Loop. Should you have any easement questions, please contact Courtney Tejeda in our Land Resources department at (520) 820-9154.

Courtney Tejeda

Tucson Electric Power Co. (TEP) has reviewed the plans submitted on August 26th, 2021, and has no objections at this time.
If revisions are needed to the current design - additional easements are required for TEP facilities. They will need to be obtained by separate instrument.
