Thank you for the opportunity to comment on S21-034, Final Plat; 1st Submittal, a development package application for a final plat, located northwest of the intersection of East Littletown Road and East Valencia Road. The property is zoned Planned Area Development 21 (PAD-21) and
this project proposes to develop a single family residential development.

This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.

The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 1st submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide.
