Based on the most recent aerial photo there is some type of structure located northeast of the existing residence, This structure appears to located on proposed parcel 1 and per UDC Article 6.6.2.B an accessory structure is not allowed on a parcel that does not have a principal building. This structure will need to be demolished prior to approval of this land split. Provide photos that clearly demonstrate that this structure has be demonlished.
