1. Contact the Pima County Recorder's Office:
Request the recording of the final approved Legal Descriptions. If applicable, you may also record the Survey and a Deed with them. (Survey and Deed recording are not required by the City of Tucson, but are optional.) The Recorder's Office will charge a fee.

2.Also have recorded, per Zoning's "Approved Conditionally" review comment:
"...As access and parking crosses a property line a cross access cross parking agreement or easement is required. Provide a copy of the recorded document with your next submittal."

3. Contact Pima County Addressing:
Request new address information for each lot. Ask for an invoice or email from them showing this information (even if address remains unchanged). The Addressing Office will charge a fee.
