2-08.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
1. COMMENT: 2-08.5.B – As there are no distance & bearings provided on the sketch and the distance and bearings on the provided site plan do not match the legal descriptions Zoning was not able to verify that the legal descriptions are correct.

2. COMMENT: 2-08.5.I – As access and parking cross a property line a cross access cross parking agreement or easement is required. Provide a copy of the recorded document with your next submittal.

3. COMMENT: Based on the site plan provided it appears that changes are proposed on the site, additional bike parking to reduce the number of required vehicle parking spaces. If this is the case a Development Package (DP) will need to be submitted and approved with all proposed changes prior to approval of the lot line adjustment.
