Tucson Water approves the lot split. After an extensive field investigation provided by the owner Mr. Valdez, it was determined the existing remote meters on San Antonio are to serve lots 3, 5, and 6. They were installed before our remote meter policy came into effect and are an existing condition, and therefore grandfathered into use.
