04/22/2021 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change For the purposes of having a water meter, a parcel is required to have a minimum width of 15-feet of frontage on a water main. An easement is not considered to be frontage. Reference: Tucson Water Remote Meter Policy, Number IV-B.08, dated 07/14/2009.

Tucson water does not approve the lot split.

Lot 3 needs to have 15 feet of actual property frontage to a water main for service, or a 15 foot wide Public Utility Easement provided to bring a new water main to the parcel.

Thank you,
