2-08.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

1. This comment was not addressed correctly. Per UDC Article 6.4.3.B.3.b the vehicle use area is part of the lot coverage. As there is approximately 2,400 sq. ft. of vehicle use area shown on the plan it shall be included in the lot coverage. COMMENT: 2-08.5.G – As proposed “PARCEL A” is developed provide a lot coverage calculation that meets UDC Article 6.4.3 on the plan for “PARCEL A”.
