2-08.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

1. This comment was not addressed. COMMENT: 2-08.5.G – As proposed “PARCEL A” is developed provide a lot coverage calculation that meets UDC Article 6.4.3 on the plan for “PARCEL A”.

2. Zoning acknowledges that a legal description for an easement was provided with this submittal and on the survey a note has been added stating “INGRESS, EGRESS AND PARKING EASEMENT PER THIS PLAT” but this is not a plat therefore the easement must be recorded under a separate instrument. COMMENT: 2-08.5.H – As this overall site has only one (1) curb cut along Country Club Road and access to “PARCEL A” will have to cross ““PARCEL B”, some type of cross access agreement or easement will need to be recorded. Provide a copy of the propose agreement/easement with your next submittal.
