" The title block must be in the lower right hand corner must have the section, township and range. "XX" for all is not adequate.

" There must be a section tie, with a bearing and dimension from the section corner or quarter corner to the point of tie on the subdivision.

" The perimeter line must be solid and the heaviest line weight on the plat. The lot lines and common area lines must be solid and the next heaviest. Lines for erosion setbacks, floodplain lines etc. should be the lightest line weight and be dashed or dot-dashed.

" Property is owned by Gegenheimer Properties LLLP and NOT Title Security Agency. If Title Security is to sign plat please record Deed prior to recording plat.

2-07.1.0 APPLICABILITY
Final plats, block plats, minor subdivisions, and condominium plats shall be prepared according to the requirements provided below. Hereafter referred to as “plat” or “plats.”
A final plat serves as a survey document suitable for recordation of all or part of an approved tentative plat, if applicable. The final plat must conform to the approved tentative plat or site plan in lot configuration, design, and required conditions of development. The final plat, once approved, is recorded in the Pima County Recorder’s Office. The final plat is kept on file and becomes part of the permanent record for the subject site.
2-07.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
1. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.H – Provide the subdivision case number, S21-004, rezoning case number, C9-19-18, annexation case number C9-84-65 and the tentative plat case number, DP20-0179, adjacent to the title block on all sheets.
2-07.5.3 Standard Paragraphs
The plat must include the following statements, as applicable. All signatures must be in permanent, black, India ink and be accompanied by a notary signature and seal.

02/17/2021 LIZA CASTILLO UTILITIES TUCSON ELECTRIC POWER Reqs Change 02/17/21 Tucson Electric Power Co., (TEP) has reviewed the final plat submitted on January 18, 2021, and is unable to approve the plat at this time. Easements for TEP facilities, as identified on the Preliminary Construction Drawing provided on January 6, 2021, must be shown on the plat in order for TEP to approve.
