Provide new signed and notarized plat with: a. Change Dedication paragraph to accommodate the CC&R. Use AM 2-07.5.3.B.2.c or .d (both are same content, formatted differently) which contains blank line for recorded CC&R sequence number. b. New clean and clear notary stamp. 2. Provide new check made payable to Pima County Recorder for $54 (1 sheet plat and CC&R). Please identify when you can deliver this to 3rd floor Public Works Building. We will combine this with the signed and notarized CC&R (the effective date on 1st paragraph, 1st page written in). Samuel, any additional remarks?
