Thank you for the opportunity to comment on S20-043, FINAL PLAT - Tucson Marketplace, Phase 4, replat of Lot 2; 1st Submittal, a development package application of a Final Plat for an approximately 1.545 acre site, located southeast of the intersection of South Park Avenue and East Tucson Marketplace Boulevard. The property is zoned Planned Area Development 15 (PAD-15), with the proposed development being a future restaurant use.

This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.

The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 1st submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide.
