1. 2-07.5.1.B - On the KEY PLAN move "SHEET 4" so that it is readable.

2. 2-07.5.1.H Place the subdivision case number, S20-035 in the lower right corner of the plat next to the title block on all sheets.


3. 2-07.5.6 Remove the ALTA from the CC&R's as it still references the Condominium plat.

4. 2-07.5.6 It does not appear that the CC&R's addresses maintenance of Common areas A & B.

06/15/2020 LIZA CASTILLO UTILITIES TUCSON ELECTRIC POWER Reqs Change Tucson Electric Power Co., (TEP) has reviewed the final plat submitted on May 19, 2020, and is unable to approve the plat at this time. Easements for TEP cabinets must be 10’ wide by 10’ long.
Please revise the utility easements in which TEP cabinets will be installed to reflect the required TEP easement size.
