Per Unified Development Code (UDC) Article 6.6.3.B Detached accessory buildings are not permitted in the buildable area extending the full width of the lot between the principal building and the front street lot line, except for terraces and steps not over three feet high above the natural grade, paved areas, and fences or walls. That said all structures located on LOTB will need to be removed from the site prior to approval of this land split. Also remove the structures from this plan or show them to be demolished. 2. Provide a lot coverage calculation for LOTA that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3. 3. Clarify what "Surveyer 4, square foot" sheet is for.
