06/10/2020 LIZA CASTILLO UTILITIES TUCSON ELECTRIC POWER Reqs Change (The "TEP review comments" document can be viewed online: www.TucsonAz.gov/Pro. See the Documents section.)

Tucson Electric Power Co., (TEP) has reviewed the final plat submitted on May 11, 2020 and is unable to approve at this time. The proposed easement for TEP facilities to be installed within the plat must be shown as identified on the attached Construction Drawing.

Also, a TEP easement may be required on Lot 2 to cover existing electrical facilities that serve the communication site. Please identify the location of the transformer and UG cables to properly place the easement to be granted on the final plat.

06/15/2020 SBEASLE1 PIMA COUNTY ADDRESSING Approved S20-032 La Alborada Apartments Final Plat Lots 1 and 2 is Approved by Pima County Addressing.

However, it is not clear what address the existing cell tower is using and this cell tower should have an address change to N 6th Av. Please contact addressing@pima.gov.
