Lot 2 legal description 7th "THENCE" the distance shown is 65.01 and on the map it shows 60.01, which is correct. 2. Remove all proposed development from the site plan as the proposed will be reviewed under a separate permit. 3. There is a "PORCH FOR 2 CARS" shown on lot #1, this structure has not been permitted and will require a Board of Adjustment for Variance as: a. Detached accessor structures are not allowed in the front yard, see UDC Article 6.6.3.B b. Front street perimeter yard setback is not met, see UDC Article 6.4.5.C.1.a c. Side yard perimeter yard setback is not met, see UDC TABLE 6.3-2.A: DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS FOR THE R-1, R-2, R-3, MH-1, & MH-2 ZONES, R-2 Zone, Res Use to Res.
