Note, delivery is at risk with Addressing and Wastewater final plat approval pending. Review Comments that you may have already addressed: Mechanically erase "separate instrument seq. no. ____" and write in "this plat" after "10ft Public Utility Easement abandoned by" on all plats. Do you have alternate suggestion? Because I don't like that the P.U.E. would be abandoned in segmented parts. Mechanically erase clouded ROW abandonment duplications. Write in Sewer Easement abandonment sequence number on all plats. Be careful notary stamps do not smudge. If smudged or unclear, restamp. Assurances look good.
