Lots 1-193. 6890 E Camino Boleadoras Final Plat (1st Review), S20-019 TRANSMITTAL DATE: May 1, 2020 DUE DATE: May 4, 2020 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-07. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). 1. General Comment: This final plat is related to the tentative plat DP19-0313. The final plat cannot be approved until the DP has been issued. Please ensure any remaining corrections on the DP do not change the final plat without adequately documenting on a future submittal. 2. 2-07.5.1.A.4. – On the project location map on sheet 1 include the subdivisions within the map area. 3. 2-07.5.1.F. – Relocate the north arrow on each sheet to the upper right corner with the scale of the drawing beneath the arrow. 4. 2-07.5.1.H. – The DP20-0313 subdivision case number assigned to the approved tentative plat must be placed in the lower right corner of the plat next to the title block. As the property is subject to a rezoning case, the C9-99-SP-7 rezoning case number is to be noted also.
