Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed or existing use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). 8.3.1. LAND SPLIT 2-08.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS The drawing showing the proposed land split shall include the following: A. The proposed lots with distance and bearings labeled; COMMENT: Provide a legible survey together with the legal descriptions that has all distance and bearing information labeled legibly. Remove the property line so that Parcel A and B are shown as they will be as one parcel. Rename Parcel A and B so that they have one name. COMMENT: Clarify that Parcel 140-05-033F is remaining as a separate parcel. COMMENT: The provided legal descriptions inaccurately describe Parcel B as if it is being created as a new, unique Parcel rather than as a combined Parcel with Parcel A. The legal descriptions should describe the new boundaries of the two newly adjusted parcels. B. The rights-of-way adjacent to or within the property, including streets and easements. The streets and easements must be labeled, dimensioned and purpose listed; COMMENT: If applicable, provide all relevant easement information for the project location as noted by the standard above. C. The locations and dimensions of any existing structures and buildings; COMMENT: Provide a supplemental site plan for the existing development on Parcel C.
