The paragraphs may be amended to fit the applicable situation. 2-07.5.3.B.2.d "Private streets, drainage ways, and common areas shown on this plat are reserved for the private use and convenience of all owners of property within this subdivision, and easements are granted to the public and all utility companies together with access for the installation, maintenance, and improvements of aboveground and underground utilities, public sewers, and drainage. Title to the land of all private streets, drainage ways, and common areas will be vested in an association of individual lot owners as established by Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions recorded in Sequence #________ in the Pima County Recorder's Office.
