01. COMMENT: How will vehicles ingress and egress 10821008A without driving on 10821008B? If ingress/egress is proposed to cross 10821008B a access easement will be required.


02. COMMENT: The building setback requirement along the southern lot line is 6' or 2/3 the wall height of the structure. Building heights are needed to determine setback requirements. Wall height is measured from design grade to the midpoint of a slanted roof. Provide the wall height on the next submittal. . This lot reconfiguration cannot be approved. The Original City Zoning for this parcel (C15-88-04) requires a minimum lot size of 36,000 square feet. The Original City Zoning is still effective. One of the following is required.
1. Provide evidence the lot split recorded in 2005 was approved by the City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department.
2. Combination of the two parcels back to the original parcel. Or
