COMMENT: 2-08.5.0 - Zoning has reviewed the proposed Land Split for compliance with the UDC requirements of section 2-08.5.0 but cannot approve the application on this review. Address the following zoning comments and resubmit for plan review. 02. COMMENT: 2-08.5.0.E - Clearly define the building footprint and label the building dimensions for both existing buildings as noted by the standard. 03. COMMENT: 2-08.5.0.G - Label the square footage and acreage of each proposed lot must be labeled on each sheet 2 within the new lot boundary. 04. COMMENT: 2-08.5.0.H - Clarify if there will be cross access between the two new parcels, if so label, delineate and dimension the cross access easement area. A Separate easement document must be recorded and provided with the land split documents on the next submittal and prior to approval by zoning. 05. COMMENT: 2-08.5.0.I - Per the plan there appears to be a proposed 8' wide access opening with Ramp. There must be a 2 Hour fire rated wall between commercial structures. In addition, it is not clear if this opening is to remain or to be closed off as part of the land split.
