The Zoning Review Section conditionally approves the final plat for this project subject to the following comments. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised final plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.
2-07.5.1.H - The Subdivision Case number assigned to the final plat and the DP case number assigned to the approved tentative plat must be placed in the lower right corner of the plat next to the title block. If the property is subject to a rezoning case, the C9-__-__ rezoning case number is to be noted also.

3. This comment was not addressed. COMMENT: 2-07.5.1.H - List the assigned subdivision case number S19-081 next to the title block of both sheets.

1) Per Tucson City Code Section 26-8.(6)(d) Provide a conceptual site plan indicating the buildable area in Lot 9. The plan will need to show no adverse impact to surrounding properties and also any necessary drainage improvements. (d) Building Sites: Land which contains area within a floodplain shall not be divided or platted for residential occupancy or building sites unless each lot contains a building site, either natural or manmade, which is not subject to flood-related erosion or to flooding by the base flood, provides all weather access to the building pad, and is certified for compaction of fill for pad by an engineer.
