This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-07. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). 5.1 General Previous Comment 1. This comment was not addressed. Clarify what the second sheet is for as it is identical to sheet 1. The plat should only be 2 sheets, sheet 1 & 2. Sheet 3 should be a separate supplemental sheet. COMMENT: Combine all of the sheets into one document for the next submittal. Move the sheet number location to the lower right corner of each sheet. Clarify the necessity for sheet 2A and if it is the same as sheet 2, remove it from the next submittal. Previous Comment 10. As this plat has not been resubmitted and will not be recorded until 2021 revise the approval year to 2021. COMMENT: Revise the year of the approval of the document on sheet 1 from 2019 to 2021. Previous Comment 11. This comment was not addressed. COMMENT: Add a signature location for the "City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department Director" as noted by the standard above.
