The minor subdivision, final plat, has been reviewed by the Zoning Review Section for minimal compliance with the Administrative Manual Section 2-07. Although the provided plans appear to meet Administrative Manual Section 2-07 the following comment needs to be addressed prior to acceptance for review.

1. Sheet 2 of the plat the distance and bearings are not readable for the subject property.

The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
