The property is zoned Commercial 3 (C-3), with the proposed development being residential townhomes and an alcoholic beverage sales use. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. Please submit five (5) weeks in advance to the next available Mayor & Council meeting, April 20, 2021. Please take the following actions and upload PDF scans of items listed. Once Engineering approves folder in 'Final Plat Package' workflow (5-10 day review), then hand deliver items to 2nd floor lobby drop box for us to obtain City staff's signatures: 1. Original set of executed and notarized (permanent, black ink only) Final Plat on double matte océ or photo mylar. Fill in blank for 'filed at the request of ____'. Leave Date and Time blank. 2.
