The property is current zoned Residence Zone 1 (R-1) and is currently proposed to be rezoned to Commercial Zone 1 (C-1) under City of Tucson Rezoning case C9-19-04. The rezoning case identified the proposed development on this property was intended to be commercial uses. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 2nd submittal of the project and has no additional comments to provide.
