It has been determined that the submitted plans do not provide sufficient information to complete a plan review. The following items need to be addressed prior to re-submittal. 1. Provide a final plat that meets the requirements of Administrative Manual Section 2-07. 2. A plot plan is required for both proposed lots with existing homes. This plot plan must demonstrate that all dimensional standards for a single family residence in the R-2 zone are met including but not limited to, lot coverage, perimeter yard setbacks, etc. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
