Please submit five (5) weeks in advance to the next available Mayor & Council meeting, June 22, 2021. Please take the following actions and upload PDF scans of items listed. Once Engineering approves folder in 'Final Plat Package' workflow (5-10 day review), then hand deliver items to 3rd floor lobby drop box for us to obtain City staff's signatures: 1. Address Pima County’s review comments along with comment response letter. 2. Original set of executed and notarized (permanent, black ink only) Final Plat on double matte océ or photo mylar. Fill in blank for 'filed at the request of ____'. Leave Date and Time blank. 3. Title report current within the last thirty (30) days or statement from Title Company certifying the title report previously submitted is still valid. 4. The City pays to record the Assurance Agreement. If you are unsure of the fees, please call the County Recorder’s Office at 520-740-4350. Original set of executed and notarized Assurance Agreement (if applicable). Property owner(s) and consultant mailing addresses to receive notification from the City Clerk’s Office one (1) week prior to and following Mayor & Council meeting.
