COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) 8.3.1 Land Split and Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-08. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed or existing use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM).

8.3.1. LAND SPLIT

1. Comment. Please provide a revised legal description for Parcel 3 and Lot 22 with the correct information on the following: Line 15, Curve 7, Curve 6 and Line 16. Legal description states "Thence continue south 34 19' 22" East 92.70 feet to the South line of said Lot 22" but upon further inspection the distance is greater than what is provided in the legal description. Provide description for each as noted in prior legal description (July 15, 2019)

2. The correction is minor and Zoning is willing to review the re-submittal as an over the counter digital review once the plans have been corrected and uploaded.
