This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) 8.3.1 Land Split and Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-08. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed or existing use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM).

8.3.1. LAND SPLIT

1. It appears that the Curve Data for C6 and C7 have been transposed. Please correct the chart or the curve data designations for Parcels 3 and 22.

2. List the Land Split case number S19-054 in the lower right corner of the survey draings.

3. The correction is minor and Zoning is willing to review the re-submittal as an over the counter digital review once the plans have been corrected and uploaded.
