The land split plans and documents have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. The survey drawing that was uploaded to the drop box is not legible and appears to have been scanned and the actual size of the drawing is not the 24 x 36. Include in the next submittal a corrected version of the drawing and assure that the size is correct as produced by the surveyor. (It is recommended that applicant request a PDF version of the drawing correctly oriented in the landscape direction.) 3. The application must include a separate site plan drawing of each new lot with the lot coverage calculations listed or the survey drawing shall include the calculations for each lot. Lot coverage includes the building and vehicular use square footage, and the vehicular use area defined for each lot. 4. This land split review cannot be approved on this review.
