The property is zoned Residence Zone 1 (R-1), with the proposed development being a single family home residential development. This site is within FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 2nd submittal of the project and has no further comments to provide. Please submit five (5) weeks in advance to the next available Mayor & Council meeting, December 3, 2019. Please take the following actions and submit the following items at the permit counter: 1. Original set of executed and notarized (permanent, black ink only) Final Plat on double matte océ or photo mylar. Fill in blank for 'filed at the request of ____'. 2. Title report current within the last thirty (30) days or statement from Title Company certifying the title report previously submitted is still valid. 3. Check or money order made payable to “Pima County Recorder” in the amount of: $20.00 per plat page plus a flat $4.00 handling fee, along with flat $30.00 fee per document for Consent to Dedicate and CC&R (if applicable).
