LAND SPLIT 1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the Land Split application but cannot approve it at this time. 2. COMMENT: List the new Distance and bearings on the lot exhibits. 3. COMMENT: New address certificate is required for Parcel B. Include a copy of the address certificate with the next submittal of the Land Split application. (It is acknowledged that the address may not be issued until the lot split is recorded, but it seems that the original lot 5 has already been split in the past and an address certificate could be issued based on the current Parcel Tax Code Number.
