COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) 8.3.1 Land Split and Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-08. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed or existing use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM).

8.3.1. LAND SPLIT

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the Land Split application but cannot approve it at this time.

2. COMMENT: List the new Distance and bearings on the lot exhibits.

3. COMMENT: New address certificate is required for Parcel B. Include a copy of the address certificate with the next submittal of the Land Split application. (It is acknowledged that the address may not be issued until the lot split is recorded, but it seems that the original lot 5 has already been split in the past and an address certificate could be issued based on the current Parcel Tax Code Number.
