This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) 8.3.1 Land Split and Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-08. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed or existing use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). ***Address the following comments and resubmit for land split review. 1. COMMENT: The proposed land split with full distance and bearings describing the new lots and lot lines, and square footages of each lot shall be labeled on the survey drawing and on the supplemental site plan. (Zoning could not verify that the survey or the site plan match the legal descriptions.) 2. COMMENT: The supplemental site plan drawing submitted with the Land Split application did not have the new distance and bearings labeled. Label the distance and bearings to match the survey and legal descriptions. 3. COMMENT: Zoning will review the Land Split application on the next submittal to assure that the survey drawing matches the proposed development package documents and vice-versa. 4. COMMENT: As of this review Zoning finds that the Land Split application requires corrections. 5. COMMENT: Assure that the documents submitted for the Land Split include a Survey drawing that is labeled with the distance and bearings, and lot areas.
