Thank you for the opportunity to comment on S19-012, La Estancia - Final Plat; 1st Submittal, a development package application for a Final Plat of an approximately 9.1 acre site, located northwest of the intersection of East Camino Boleadoras and South Kolb Road. This Final Plat proposes to subdivide a 9.1 acre site into 47 lots. The property is zoned Planned Area Development 7 (PAD-7), with this project submittal supporting the future development of single family homes.

This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area and FAA traffic pattern airspace.

The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 1st submittal of the project and approves the proposed Final Plat.

Easements for TEP facilities must be shown on the plat in order for TEP to approve. Once the Preliminary Electrical Design is completed and approved please add easements as identified on the Design Drawing and resubmit the final plat for TEP approval.

After all corrections are made, name your documents accordingly, for example, a 2nd submittal document would be titled: 2_Plan_Set.

In the Project Description field, enter the Activity Number.

After resubmittal, the plans will re-enter the standard 20-working-day review cycle.
