The "L" direction on the record of survey differs from the direction listed in the legal description for parcel 1 and the easement legal. Clarify which direction is correct. 3. Clearly delineate the proposed ingress/egress utility easement on the plan along with all bearing and distances shown. 4. Contact Tucson Water as there may be issues with providing water service to parcel 2. 5. Until all other review agencies have approved the land split zoning cannot approve.
