The above referenced project has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED by the City Development Review Committee. Please make any necessary corrections and submit the following documents:

1 Executed Final Plat on Double Matte Océ or Photo Mylar.

1 Title reports current within the last thirty (30) days or statement from Title Company certifying the title report previously submitted is still valid.

1 Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a flat $4.00 handling fee, along with Consent to Dedicate and CC&R fees if applicable. Consent to Dedicate and CC&R fees are $30.00 flat fee per document. If you are unsure of the fees, please call the County Recorders Office at 520-740-4350. Check must be dated within 45 days of the scheduled Mayor & Council meeting.

1 Original Set of executed and notarized CC&R (if applicable) and Assurance (if applicable).

1 Provide the property owner(s) and engineering mailing addresses on a sheet of paper in the submittal to receive proper notification 1 week prior to the Mayor & Council Meeting (if no assurances).

1 Upload a PDF scan of executed Plat, CC&R (if applicable), Assurance (if applicable), title report, and mailing address to https://www.tucsonaz.gov/file-upload-pdsd.

The Planning and Development Services Department makes sure the Assurances (if applicable) are reviewed by the City Attorney's Office prior to being presented to the Mayor & Council. Plats, CC&R's and assurances must be approved at the same Mayor & Council Meeting. Please expect 5 weeks from the date submitted to the date scheduled for Mayor & Council approval.
