Mac Hudson,

The Pima County site group does not review 4” HCS connections to the existing 6” public sewer.

THe 4” HCS connection to the 6” public sewer for the two (not yet addressed properties) will be reviewed later (after City of Tucson Building permit approval) for Sewer Connection Fees.

The City of Tucson, along with possibly other things, will need a recorded “Joint Sewer Use and Maintenance Agreement” for the two lots sharing the private/common sewer.

Hope this helps,

Gerry

Hello,

I spoke with Jerry (Gerald) at the front desk about a joint sewer connection for Melwood Place in the City of Tucson. He said that Pima County didn't care as long as the City approves it.

I am checking back with that to find out whether you would like to review the plans or not. Please see attached. Also the link to the plans is https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pro/pdsd/activity_search/?csrfmiddlewaretoken=T49EZTt1OrNo5Ve4ENJq34eERsYmpRVH&activity_number=s18-073&__ncforminfo=P6WrQ6j6LC9nXdRKWrUXbtJNkzA_HTA0WV-ipXUnjArWIKiaNxLi4kHuQ7uK8NHp5yT8ThvyeyMybNm00EeGsDGF1-SeOxoh

I would appreciate an email reply letting me know. Thank you.

Plat meets Assessor's Office requirements.
__X___ Plat does not meet Assessor's Office requirements.

COMMENTS:

" Title block in the lower right hand corner must have all sections, township and range. Currently plat mentions Section 11,T14S,R13E, however the plat is also lying within a portion of Section 14,T14S,R13E.

" There must be a section tie, with a bearing and dimension from the section corner or quarter corner to the point of tie on the subdivision. (NOTE: There is no footage from the Southwest corner of Lot 2 to the Section line for a tie to the subdivision.)

" All Adjacent subdivisions should be named, with map and plat in the appropriate areas around the subdivision.

" Check ownership to make sure it matches what we have. The first name listed as owner does not match our records. The signature line should read: Murray Macfarland Hudson, and NOT Hudson Macfarland.

NOTE: THE ASSESSOR'S CURRENT INVOLVEMENT IN PROCESSING ITS MANUAL MAPS TO DIGITAL FORMAT IS EXPEDITED GREATLY BY EXCHANGE OF DIGITAL DATA. IN THE COURSE OF RECORDING THIS SUBDIVISION YOUR ASSISTANCE IN PROVIDING THIS OFFICE WITH AN AUTOCAD COPY WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU FOR ANY DIGITAL DATA PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED.

3. Clearly tie the project to the section line shown on the plat.
