Thank you for the opportunity to comment on S18-053, Valencia Crossing; 2nd Submittal, a final plat application for an approximately 35.3 acre site located northwest of the intersection of East Littletown Road and East Valencia Road. The property is zoned Planned Area Development 21 (PAD-21), with the proposed land use being residential and would establish a single family residential homes.
This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.
The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 2nd submittal of this project and has no additional comments to submit.

04/15/2019 SBEASLE1 UTILITIES TUCSON ELECTRIC POWER Reqs Change Tucson Electric Power Co., (TEP) has reviewed the final plat submitted on March 18, 2019, and Conditionally Approves the plat pending a revision discussed with Brian Chimera of Rick Engineering. The TEP easement identified as Keynote 5 within Common Area A-1 adjacent to Lot 103 will be extended through Common Area to abut road right of way of S. Valencia Crossing Dr. Mr. Chimera agreed to make this revision to the Mylar submittal of the final plat and must provide TEP with a copy of the Mylar submittal for review.
