The final plat is a resubdivision of existing parcels that have an existing 8” public sewer line G-155 within Waverly St. There is no proposed public wastewater infrastructure with this project and therefore Pima County Development Services will not require a review of the final plat, Waverly Walk. Each parcel will have a bcs connection that will connect to the existing 8” G-155 sewer line. The 4” bcs connections will be reviewed during the building permit process for connection permits. Please submit for review to sewer@pima.gov attention Gerry Koziol at that point in time.
