Thank you for the opportunity to comment on S18-004, Final Plat La Estancia de Tucson, Lots 665-828; 3rd Submittal, a final plat application for an approximately 21 acre site, the project area is located northeast of the intersection of Los Reales Road and South Wilmot Road. The proposed land use is residential; establishing single family homes.

This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area and FAA traffic pattern airspace.

The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 3rd submittal and has no additional comments to submit.

1 Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a flat $4.00 handling fee, along with Consent to Dedicate and CC&R fees if applicable. Consent to Dedicate and CC&R fees are $10.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page. If the Consent to Dedicate is also a fixture filing, there is an additional $9.00 fee. If you are unsure of the fees, please call the County Recorders Office at 520-740-4350.
