CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

1. Previous review comment: Include the description of this final plat, i.e. the "Block number", number of lots and common areas, as listed in the title block on the cover sheet and under the recitals section of the CC&R's.

2. Submit missing trust agreement (CD and paper format)

3. The submitted Pima County Recorder's check amount is incorrect. Per our calculations: $(61-5)+10+6(20)+4=190 not 194. Also, the check must be dated within 60 days of recordation. The plat will be recorded the Friday following the Mayor and council date.

4. Add Case Number to the Mylar S17-067
