Attached is the preliminary electric design for the subdivision. · The 6’ Public Utility Easement shown on the plat is not adequate for TEP equipment, the standard 10’ PUE width is required. · A 10’x10’ TEP easement is also required for the proposed J2 cabinet located in Common Area “C”. · A 15’x15’ TEP easement is required for the proposed PME off-site within Block 2 of Saguaro Trails.
