The proposed zoning is commercial, office, and residential; establishing a long term residential care services use and a medical outpatient use, with it being anticipated that individuals would be utilizing this residential use for more than one year. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority submitted comments on the 1st Submittal, comment letter dated 12/22/2017. The Tucson Airport Authority acknowledges that the Airport Disclosure Statement Form and the Avigation Easement document have been filled out. The Tucson Airport Authority requests that a recorded copy of the Avigation Easement document be submitted to Tucson Airport Authority by either email (send to srobidoux@flytucson.com) or to the mailing address provided below.
