" THERE MUST BE A SECTION TIE, WITH A BEARING AND DIMENSION FROM THE SECTION CORNER OR QUARTER CORNER TO THE POINT OF TIE ON THE SUBDIVISION. " THE PERIMETER LINE MUST BE SOLID AND HEAVIEST LINE WEIGHT ON THE PLAT. THE LOT LINES AND COMMON AREA LINES MUST BE SOLID AND THE NEXT HEAVIEST. LINES FOR EROSION SETBACKS, FLOODPLAIN LINES ETC. SHOULD BE THE LIGHTEST LINE WEIGHT AND BE DASHED OR DOT-DASHED. " THERE MUST BE BEARINGS AND DIMENSIONS FOR THE PERIMETER AND ALL LOT LINES AND ALL COMMON AREAS. (FINAL PLAT) " ALL LOTS MUST BE NUMBERED AND HAVE SQUARE FOOTAGE. IF THE AREA IS TOO SMALL, THEY CAN HAVE A TABLE TO THE SIDE FOR THE SQUARE FOOTAGE. This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-07. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). The UDC & TSM requirements are in the Unified Development Code and can be viewed at the same web link as above SECTION 2-07.0.0: FINAL PLAT, BLOCK PLAT, MINOR SUBDIVISION, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT APPLICATIONS 2-07.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 5.1 General 1. 2-07.5.1.A - The location map shall be drawn at a scale of three inches equals one mile 2. 2-07.5.1.A.1 Show the project site approximately centered within a one square mile area on the location map. 3. 2-07.5.1.A.2 Label the section, township, and range; section corners; north arrow; and the scale on the location map. 4. 2-07.5.1.A.3 Label all subdivisions, arterial and collector streets, major watercourses, and railroads within the one-mile area on the location map. 5. 2-07.5.1.B As the provided "RECORD OF SURVEY" will not be recorded with the final plat remove it from the set. 6. 2-07.5.1.D Place the words "SEQ#________" in both the upper and lower right corners outside the margin line. The blanks will be completed by the Pima County Recorder's Office at the time of recordation. 7. 2-07.5.1.E.1 Provide a name for the subdivision and the number of lots within the title block. 8. 2-07.5.1.H Place the subdivision case number, S17-068 in the lower right corner of the plat next to the title block. 9. 2-07.5.1.I Provide a legend which shows and describes all symbols used on the drawing must be placed on either the first sheet of the plat or the first sheet which contains all or part of the subdivision drawing. 2-07.5.3 Standard Paragraphs The plat must include the following statements, as applicable.
