COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-07. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM).


2-07.5.1.A.2 Label the section, township, and range; section corners; north arrow; and the scale;

-07.5.1.E Provide a title block in the lower right corner of each sheet with the following information:


2-07.5.1.H The DP case number for assigned to the approved tentative plat must be placed in the lower right corner of the plat next to the title block. If the property is subject to a rezoning case, the C9-__-__ rezoning case number is to be noted also.

2. COMMENT: List the DP case number DP17-0213 and C15-95-16 in the lower right corner next to the title block of all plan sheets. This Final Plat has been assigned the case number S17-067. List the case number next to the title block of plan sheets.


2-07.5.2 General Notes
The plat must include the following general notes. Additional notes specific to each project are required when pertinent. Fill in the blanks with the project-specific information.


2-07.5.2.J If applicable, add the following note: "This subdivision is subject to Ordinance No. ____ which established zoning in the _____________________ Annexation Area."

3. COMMENT: Add the above as a general note; the ordinance # is 8677 and "Wilmot / I-10 District" is the name of the annexation area.

2-07.5.3 Standard Paragraphs
The plat must include the following statements, as applicable. All signatures must be in permanent, black, India ink and be accompanied by a notary signature and seal.

12/15/2017 LOREN MAKUS ENGINEERING REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Add a note indicating that a Floodplain Use Permit will be required for development on Lot 2.
2. Remove extra line work from the final plat.
3. The plat shows a CCR Area. Add a general note indicating the general nature of the CCRs.
4. Provide dimensions and ties for the new 15' Private Sewer Easement.
5. Ensure the Floodplain and EHS lines are tied to a project corner.
6. Ensure the Final Plat is fully consistent with the approved Tentative Plat.
12/15/2017 LIZA CASTILLO UTILITIES TUCSON ELECTRIC POWER Approved Tucson Electric Power Co., (TEP) has reviewed and approves the final plat for SW Wilmot/Los Reales submitted on November 21, 2017.

Please call the New Construction Department at 520-918-8300 to apply for service. Submit a final set of approved plans including electrical load and offsite improvement plans to determine how TEP will serve this development. If easements are required, they will be obtained by separate instrument.
