11/09/2017 LIZA CASTILLO UTILITIES TUCSON ELECTRIC POWER Reqs Change Tucson Electric Power Co,. (TEP) has reviewed the final plat submitted on October 13, 2017, and is unable to approve the plat at this time. Please make the following easement corrections:

1. Revise the Seq. No. referenced for an existing 10’ public electric and communication easement per Seq 20131970021 to Seq 20111190890. The label is located within excluded Lot 9.

2. The 15’ public electric easement running along the west side of Houghton Road is two separate easements. Both are included in the title report. Please review the easements and add a label for the northern portion of the easement to read “Existing 15’ public electric easement per Bk 4708 Pg 104”. Revise the label for the southern portion to Bk 4708 Pg 106.

3. There is also a blanket easement over the NE 1/2 of Section 26 noted in the Title Report. This easement either needs to be abandoned or included in the General Notes of the plat.
