No. referenced for an existing 10’ public electric and communication easement per Seq 20131970021 to Seq 20111190890. The label is located within excluded Lot 9. 2. The 15’ public electric easement running along the west side of Houghton Road is two separate easements. Both are included in the title report. Please review the easements and add a label for the northern portion of the easement to read “Existing 15’ public electric easement per Bk 4708 Pg 104”. Revise the label for the southern portion to Bk 4708 Pg 106. 3. There is also a blanket easement over the NE 1/2 of Section 26 noted in the Title Report.
