2-07.3.0 SUBMITTAL TIMING
Review of final plats is normally initiated after the tentative plat has been approved, unless concurrent tentative and final plat submittal has been approved by the PDSD prior to submittal. Final plats may also be submitted for review prior to the approval of a tentative if a minimum of one review of the tentative plat have occurred. In any case, submittal of the final plat prior to approval of the tentative plat is done at the applicant's risk since changes could be required of the tentative that may affect the final plat.


1. COMMENT: Under the Acknowledgements text block revise the year 2017 to 2018. This comment can be reviewed for compliance at time the Mylar is submitted to PDSD CDRC.

02/09/2018 LIZA CASTILLO UTILITIES TUCSON ELECTRIC POWER Reqs Change Tucson Electric Power Co., (TEP) has reviewed the final plat submitted on January 18, 2018 and is unable to approve the plat at this time. TEP easements must be shown on the plat in order for us to approve. In addition, since meter packs will be installed within this development, the following language needs to be added to the plat Dedication:

β€œAN EASEMENT IS GRANTED TO TUCSON ELECTRIC POWER FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACCESS, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL METERS CABLE AND CONDUITS THAT WILL BE GROUPED TOGETHER AND ATTACHED TO EXTERIOR WALLS.”
